We are seeking a dedicated Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) Consultant for a full-time position on a long-term insourcing contract. The role is designed for experienced professionals looking to work Monday to Friday, providing expert care and support in a specialized healthcare environment. This position is outside IR35, offering LTD payment options.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert oral and maxillofacial surgical care to patients in accordance with clinical guidelines.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.
Conduct patient consultations and assessments, developing tailored care strategies.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring data confidentiality.
Participate in clinical audits and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior medical staff and trainees.
Stay updated with advancements in OMFS techniques and integrate them into practice.
Required Skills:
Board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Proven experience in a consultant role within OMFS.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Eligibility to work in the UK and compliance with regulatory standards.
Professional registration GDC.
