This opportunity would suit a nearly qualified or newly qualified actuary looking to develop their pricing expertise in a highly commercial environment, working closely with underwriting and business stakeholders to support profitable growth. The Role
Support pricing and portfolio management activities across a range of Accident & Health insurance products. Develop and enhance pricing models, tools and methodologies. Perform profitability analysis, rate reviews and performance monitoring. Work closely with Underwriters to provide pricing insight and recommendations. Support new product development and business initiatives. Contribute to portfolio strategy through analysis of trends, claims experience and market dynamics. Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders across the business.
About You
Nearly qualified or newly qualified Actuary (or equivalent progress towards qualification). Experience pricing Accident & Health insurance business. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in data analysis and actuarial modelling techniques. Comfortable communicating technical findings to non-technical audiences. Commercial mindset with an interest in underwriting performance and portfolio optimisation. Eames Consulting is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
